Process Steps
Fill online civil event pre-registration form at https://public.donidcr.gov.np within 35 days of delivery.
Enter child's full name in Nepali and English, date of birth, time, gender, and hospital details.
Enter parents' citizenship and marriage registration numbers.
Print confirmation token and visit your respective local Ward Office.
