Visit CIT online web portal: https://nlk.org.np or link account in Nagarik App.
Select scheme: Employee Savings Plan (NIBH), Gratuity Fund, or Citizen Unit Scheme.
Apply online for Participant Loan (up to 80% of total accumulated balance).
Submit electronic application with verified bank account details.
