EXIM Code (Export Import Code) Registration & Renewal

Export Import (EXIM) Code is a mandatory 13-digit identification code issued by the Department of Customs for any enterprise importing goods exceeding NPR 50,000 or exporting goods commercially outside Nepal.

   Obtain an unconditional Bank Guarantee of NPR 300,000 favoring the Department of Customs.

   Log in to the Customs Department EXIM portal: https://customs.gov.np.

   Enter Business PAN, upload company documents, tax clearance, and bank guarantee.

   Customs officer verifies credentials and generates 13-digit alphanumeric EXIM Code.
